Benzoin Siam

The resin is collected multiple times, resulting in three different grades of benzoin. The first resin flow, takasan, is characterized by its white inner resin and yellowish resin. The second resin flow, lecet, has a color range from white to dark brown. The third and final resin flow, tahir or juror, is highly prized for its rich, sweet aroma.
